I have lived in Golden, Colorado for the past 36 years and I received my Real Estate License in October of 1978 and this year will mark my 30th year of selling real estate. I have owned my own company, Joe Bilicki Realty, Metro Broker. I broker out of my office at 9187 West Jewell Avenue, Lakewood, Colorado, which is in the heart of the Lakewood area. I have also received by GRI designation, along with numerous Real Estate courses that are required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. I work all parts of the Denver Metropolitan area, and I have great knowledge of the west area, which would include Golden, Wheatridge, Lakewood, Arvada, Littleton, and Westminster and Highland Ranch. For the past fifteen years I have averaged one sale per week, which would put me in the top 5% of realtors in the Denver surrounding area. 95% of my business is from an extensive referral business I have built up over the years. I will be most happy to supply a list of as many referrals as requested. I feel I give 100% to my clients as I am there for all phases of a real estate transaction: i.e. showing, loan application, inspection, closing, etc. Please feel free to contact me.
