I have lived in Colorado for the past 39 years and I have lived in Golden for 37. I received my Real Estate License in October of 1978 and this year will mark my 34th year of selling real estate. I have owned my own company, Joe Bilicki Realty Inc., Metro Broker.
I work out of my office at 3110 S Wadsworth Blvd, Unit #106, Lakewood, Colorado, which is in the heart of the Lakewood area. I have also received by GRI designation, along with numerous Real Estate courses that are required by the Colorado Real Estate Commission. I work all parts of the Denver Metropolitan area, and I have great knowledge of the west area, which would include Golden, Wheatridge, Lakewood, Arvada, Littleton, and Westminster and Highland Ranch.
For the past twenty years I have been selling real estate and I am in the top 5% of realtors in the Denver surrounding area. 95% of my business is from an extensive referral business I have built up over the years. I will be most happy to supply a list of as many referrals as requested.
